Delivery information
- Our courier operates daily from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, except on Mondays.
- You can pay by card, in cash, or via a secure payment link.
- Same-day delivery is available depending on stock availability and item size.
- Delivery is free of charge when you make a purchase.
- For fitting orders, the delivery fee is 50 AED.
- Please note: the fitting time is limited to 15 minutes.
- The cost of courier delivery outside Dubai to other cities or countries is calculated individually based on the rates of the transport company and is only available with 100% prepayment of the order and delivery.
We do not offer returns, only exchanges within 14 days.
