Buyer’s note when purchasing products


— Carefully inspect the goods you buy. Make sure that there are no obvious defects. This will help you avoid unnecessary disputes or legal action.

— Ask the salesperson about the functionality of the product, its features and characteristics — it’s important!

— Find out within what period and under what rules you can exchange/return the goods. Contact your retailer or look at the sales receipt.

— Try the item on in a relaxed home environment immediately after purchase to see if it fits your size.

— Should be added that the possibility of returning the purchased goods is not available.

Following these simple principles will help avoid unnecessary disputes.


Items that cannot be exchanged


— Used goods with signs of wear

— Goods with torn off/removed manufacturer’s tags and labels

— Goods bought on sale

— Goods without manufacturing defects

— Gift cards

— All lingerie and corset garments: knickers, bodices, corsets, bikinis, swimming costumes, hosiery, pyjamas, nightgowns


Return policy


Our store does not provide returns for items. You can make an exchange if the item meets the above points of the exchange conditions. If the item is in good condition, we can only issue a refund to your deposit account in our store.

Products with a concealed manufacturing defect discovered by the purchaser after receiving the order and if the seller is unable to replace the product with an identical one of adequate quality may be returned.

A concealed manufacturing defect is:

— a concealed defect, i. e. a defect that could not be discovered on visual inspection.

— the goods (their appearance, characteristics, etc.) do not correspond to the description given by the seller, the advertisement, the packaging or do not correspond to the characteristics of the sample shown.

If the buyer discovers a hidden defect of the product, which could not be detected during the selection and visual inspection of the product when buying it, and provided that the seller is unable to exchange it for goods of proper quality, the buyer receives a refund for the purchased product by transferring funds to a bank card or bank account within 7 days upon written request (an application for refund can be sent by the buyer via e-mail) and upon presentation of the purchase receipt.
